1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevDash ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RevDash provides subscription analytics and management tools for application developers. Our Service includes:

  • Subscription tracking and analytics dashboard
  • SDKs for iOS, Android, web, and desktop platforms
  • Webhook notifications for subscription events
  • REST API for server-side integration
  • Revenue reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Pricing

Our pricing is based on flat monthly or annual fees. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We do not charge percentage-based fees on your revenue.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans. You must provide valid payment information to start your trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your selected plan.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevDash and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data and any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Data Processing

When you use RevDash to process your end users' subscription data, you act as the data controller and we act as your data processor. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have proper consent to collect and process user data
  • Complying with applicable privacy laws and regulations
  • Maintaining appropriate privacy policies for your applications

8. Service Level Agreement

For Business and Enterprise plans, we commit to the following service levels:

  • Business Plan: 99.9% uptime guarantee
  • Enterprise Plan: 99.99% uptime guarantee

Service credits may be available for qualifying downtime events as detailed in your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVDASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevDash and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data for 30 days following termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
